Trauma Team
I'm actually quite looking forward to the release of Trauma Team. One, it seems to solve some of my major issues with Trauma Center: New Blood; namely, the time limit (it makes me so happy it's been removed at last) and the sci-fi viruses (STUPID FREAKING STIGMA).
Two, it really expands the gameplay to other medical areas. Forensics and Diagnosis intrigue me especially, because I love puzzles and logic-based challenges.
And a minor point, but you're allowed to let (a certain number of) patients die in First Response. YES. And synthetic membranes don't magically disappear after applying antibiotic gel. Whoohoo.
