I don't want to be giving you advice when it comes to life, considering that you're older than me, and my advice is probably worth very little, but I'd say take it slow. Although you can't wait for it to just hit you, try new things and slowly find what you like. I don't think there should be any rush, despite the fact that it may feel like that.
Once you've been there long enough, if there's a professor you connect enough with, try talking with him/her? He or she may be able to help you get internships in places you might be interested in, or open up a possibility you hadn't considered. Just talking about it can help, too.
