So Many Teen Wolf Feels I Can't

My reaction after every episode: OH MY GOD WHAT JUST HAPPENED
I didn't think it was possible for them to make Matt sympathetic. They did.
I know it doesn't excuse the fact that he murdered a number of innocent policemen. I see it as him becoming more and more unhinged, though. He suffered from a brutally traumatic experience, compounded by the completely callous treatment he received, and he's probably been brooding about it ever since. Once he got a hold of Jackson, though, he became somewhat drunk on power and just went overboard.
Also, any sympathy for Jackson here? He's still being controlled against his will, which is horrific.
I'm not mad at Scott for betraying Derek. For one, Gerard threatened to kill Scott's mom--and yes, Scott could have told someone, but he also wouldn't know for sure whether just the act of telling someone would lead Gerard to kill his mom, and he was seriously scared for her life. For another, let's not forget the fact that Scott doesn't trust Derek at all. In Season 1, Derek promised to help Scott find a cure, only to ruin Scott's chances by becoming the Alpha himself. So in a way, it's karma.
I'm not mad at Allison, either, for becoming all Super Srs Hunter, but I do think it's a setup for the climax. Gerard was clearly manipulating her emotions, and I suppose it's possible he faked the note. I do think eventually Gerard will betray the family, causing Allison to come to her senses; I also still can't help but think that Derek didn't actually bite Victoria, and the situation is more complicated.
So many questions still unanswered! Sigh.
