OH MY GOD WHY AM I STILL WORKING ON THIS WHILE I HAVE SO MUCH HOMEWORK WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME D:
I was thinking the other day about how irrational writing is. See, the common assumption is that writers have "lots of free time," but really, it's more like writers are juggling two full time jobs (well, college already counts as a job-and-a-half). And writing is a full time job that we don't even get paid for, if we haven't yet published. As I described it to a friend: I lock myself up in my room and spend hours writing about people who don't even exist. All based on the assumption that I'll get paid for this...sometime in the future. (Besides the fact that I like it.)
I mean, does this sound crazy or what?
