Anyway, I had an AWESOME PLAN to go to Barnes & Noble and read Unspoken this afternoon...but it was ruined when I found out they didn't have the book. :( Blasphemy!

So I started reading The Mark of Athena instead. I'm only 150 pages into it (out of 600...), but so far it's SO GOOD. Loving the interactions among the seven, intrigued by the mystery, TEAM LEO HELL YEAH.

Some non-spoilery impressions:

- Some of the witticisms were really great, but after a while I felt a bit of overload. Everyone was so snarky all the time that it burned me out and prevented me from laughing as much as I probably would've.

- Can I just say Lillian Lynburn is an awesome character? She is an awesome character.
