A listmania of listmanias
Jan. 30th, 2015 11:44 amThings I'd rather do than study law:
- Learn how to draw anatomically correct people.
- Knit scarves (and maybe hats too).
- Study fiction writing.
:(
Things I'm actually looking forward to in 2015:
- GUILD WARS 2: HEART OF THORNS!!!!
- It looks like finally there are a bunch of YA books coming out that are more interesting than paranormal/dystopian romance so I'm looking forward to those!
- Xenoblade Chronicles: X!!!
- New console Legend of Zelda!!!
[I'd say this *would* be the year I finally get a Wii U, but right now I'm not sure when I'm going to be home long enough to play it. D: ]
My to-read list for 2015:
- The Sword of Summer by Rick Riordan - :DDD
- Untold and Unmade by Sarah Rees Brennan - Because I never finished this series and don't have anything else to read.
- The Runaway King and The Shadow Throne by Jennifer Nielsen - Same as above.
- Red Rising by Pierce Brown - A friend recommended this to me.
- Landry Park by Bethany Hagen - This sounds like a genre I hate, but I might as well give it a whirl.
- None of the Above by I.W. Gregorio - Again, not a genre I like, but yay diversity!
- Duplicity by N.K. Traver - Mirror people? Sure, why not?
- Mindwalker by A.J. Steiger - Well, this sounds interesting.
- Zeroboxer by Fonda Lee - Eh, maybe?
- Dove Arising by Karen Bao - The last time I read a book by a young author, I had a hard time with it. But curiosity kills the cat, as they say.
- Carry On by Rainbow Rowell - Because I'm morbidly curious as to whether the author can actually write slash.
- A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas - Because I hate myself.
