So the premise of this show is basically:
TERRORIST GROUP: Let's erase the memories of one of our operatives so she can convincingly infiltrate the FBI! And then of course she'll be happy to rejoin us once she learns the truth. What could possibly go wrong??
...Said terrorist organization has apparently never read a book or watched a movie about amnesia, ever. (Dude...amnesia's the best way to cause your operative to defect for real...)
I'm still not comfortable with Jane Doe's treatment on this show, but the mystery is mysterious enough that I'm probably stuck watching, dammit. Also, I have to say: if Jane Doe/Remi was really trained as a child soldier...I'm pretty sure that's been poorly handled, because she really doesn't act like someone who's been through childhood trauma and has known violence all her life. Really, she acts like Regular Civilian Woman Who One Day Wakes Up With No Memories And Freaks Out.
