Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire thoughts

Yup, this will be the first MMO/expansion I ever preorder. (Reasonable price point + gotta get that Balthazar mini, haha)

I'm super excited for Firebrand—I'm a Guardian main, and Dragon Hunter wasn't really my thing, but I've always loved the Tomes and was super disappointed when those were removed. Firebrand looks AWESOME. So does Weaver, and Mirage looks intriguing.

I'm not really sure about Soulbeast; the whole point of me making a ranger in the first place was because I wanted to run with pets. But I'll try it out. Scourge doesn't quite seem like my thing so far, but I acknowledge that it's filling a niche that the Necromancer was always weak in (support). Holosmith also interests me, though I want to try it out to see. Deadeye seems OP (??), and Spellbreaker...well, I'm glad I still don't need to make a Warrior any time soon.

Renegade: Ugh, now I really want a charr Revenant (my Revenant's a sylvari). Also, Renegade would be amazing with Chuka and Champawat as the short bow...if I can ever make it XD (I feel like Firebrand would look cool with Astralaria, but again, me + legendary weapons = D:)

Anyway, super cool stuff, and I can't wait for the preview weekend!!


(Edit: I've watched the elite spec videos so many times that I'm starting to want a charr Guardian too, goddammit.)
