Multi-part ramble

rainwatersparkSome people suggest that the next Nintendo console should try to be more like the PS3/XBox360, not only in terms of graphical capability, but also in terms of other features. I think graphical upgrades are inevitable, especially as it'll be cheaper now than it was four years ago, but as for the other stuff? Meh.
- More sophisticated online multiplayer/content: I don't really care. I prefer playing RL multiplayer with friends, frankly.
- Expanded internet with Netflix/Skype/etc.: If I wanted to use those, I would turn on my computer.
- DLC: Heck no. There's enough of that for certain WiiWare games (*cough*Square Enix *cough). What's the point of it, anyway? Hypothetical game developer: "We're going to release a great game for $50! Guess what, you have to pay $20 for the additional cool content!" DX
