Just saw the raws for Trinity Blood, Ch. 58.
Ouch.
Farewell, Abel, it was nice knowing you. :(
I have to say, his death in the manga is ten times more brutal than in the anime. I was pretty stunned at how...well...brutal it was.
...And the artist is cruelly leaving us on a cliffhanger. Well, of course I already know what happens next, but I really really want to see how Abel's resurrection is handled in the manga.
I also want to know how the artist will handle the part after Yoshida died. It's been four years since I started reading Trinity Blood, and now, finally, FINALLY the manga is catching up with the anime/light novels.
I also finally got caught up on all the scanlated chapters (my impression was that the manga had been hanging in untranslated limbo for a while, due to scanlation groups picking up and then dropping TB). Gotta say, I loved the Abel/Cain flashback scene in the manga. It was pretty brilliant in terms of showing the kind of person Abel used to be.
